The ‘Chassis Tech & Suspension’ workshop is equipped with the ‘Car-O-Tronic’ Diagnostic Technology System and two ‘Car-O-Liner 5500’ Universal Alignment Benches from Sweden. Using this latest technology and techniques to ensure a Chassis is returned back to manufacturer’s original tolerances, offering a digital print out of measurements both before and after.

The computerised diagnostic system contains measurements for over 15,000 vehicles and continually updating. It offers accuracy up to the millimetre, overhead measuring for strut towers and upper body sections. This system meets all stringent Australian and International standards and makes quality control possible from start to finish.

‘Chassis Tech & Suspension’ use both warm and cold repair techniques accordingly. This knowledge has been acquired over their 55 years (and counting) in business with ‘hands on’ research and development together in consultation with specialised Engineers and keeping up to date with vehicle and industry information and requirements.

These qualities allow ‘Chassis Tech & Suspension’ to offer their customers both the skills and equipment necessary to repair vehicles with understanding and confidence. They are also well aware of other repair methods being offered in the industry as they have often been called upon to rectify the results.

INFORMATION TO CONSIDER

When a vehicle is involved in an accident whether it has minor or major damage, the structural integrity may be compromised. This refers to the Chassis of the vehicle. It is not always apparent initially, particularly in minor accidents and you should be aware this can potentially cause complications with wheel alignment, suspension, driving performance and particularly safety issues.
It is advisable to make informed decisions before your vehicle is repaired.
